Josh was extremely courteous and professional. My "easy" installation turned out to be complicated, but he quickly identified a solution and executed it efficiently. I am grateful for his positive attitude and would strongly recommend him to others!!

This was the 2nd time I had service with Tri Gas & Oil. This time did not go as smooth as the first time, but the tech John was patient and helpful on setting the tank. Thanks to the ladies in the office for shuffling around the appointment with me. So, as most businesses, the transactions not always smooth, but these guys recovered well and I am very pleased.
I cannot say enough good things about the drivers who bring my fuel. They are courteous and go out of their way to be helpful. I have a gate and your drivers get out and open it so I don’t have to go out in bad weather; and that means a lot to me! Tri Gas has been wonderful to deal with for the last 40 years. You are a company with great customer service!
He found the small leak on the water heater gas line, and repaired it. He also pressure tested our entire line system to check for anything else; we appreciate his expertise. This is why we stay with Tri Gas. The service is great and you all are extremely helpful always. Please thank the gentleman who called me to discuss our delivery schedule for explaining things to me about our deliveries.
